FITNESS ACTIVITIES

We have a well equipped Fitness Centre. Fitness activities is very useful for the children with special needs. Full time service of a Qualified Physiotherapist is available in the center. Fitness activities may help to reduce the level of anxiety, stress and depression of children with special needs. This activities help them to provide ample opportunities for improving their social interaction. Fitness is essential in maintaining mobility as they grow and develop. With enhanced physical health, children can better fight obesity and associated health complications that may follow. Exercise and physical activity can also improve general mood and wellness.

SENSORY ACTIVITIES

We provide sensory informed classroom to support various sensory needs of the students in the class room in a way that is as natural as possible.Sensory play includes any activity that stimulates child's senses that is touch, smell, taste, movement, balance, sight and hearing. Sensory activities facilitate exploration and naturally encourage children to use scientific processes while they play, create, investigate and explore. Sensory tools are intended to promote regulation, improve focus, and increase participation, therefore enabling children to be available for learning!

TRAINING FOR NIOS

The National Institute of Open Schooling (N.I.O.S) (formerly National Open School (NOS) is an autonomous organization set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. We provide opportunities to interested learners by making available to Study through open and distance learning mode.We simply offer support for NIOS that would benefit students with special needs.

BASIC COMPUTING SKILLS

We provide training for basic computer skills to specially challenged children .There are some significant challenges in teaching computing to children who find the mouse and keyboard inhibiting. There was a time when being differently-abled was considered a blight and people with special needs were not sent to schools or included in the workplace.However, over the years mindsets have changed and now people with different disabilities are being encouraged to become useful members of society. We believe learning should be an enjoyable, social experience, so our courses offer the opportunity to discuss what your children are learning with others as you go, helping you make fresh discoveries and form new ideas.

LEARNING WITH FUN RHYTHMATIC MOVEMENT

As students gain facility with rhythmic movements, they will develop their skills in moving from one place in a room to another, in moving while remaining in position and handling an object as part of their motion. Rhythmic activities improve physical and mental health. Aside from increased physical confidence, rhythmic activities can also improve mental functions because rhythm regulates the brain and prevents cognitive decline. It also boosts the chemicals in our brain that support better memory and learning.

Data entry

Data entry in English and Hindi

We provide innovative teaching methodologies, using Information Technology for training intellectually disabled adults to perform back office data entry tasks for Industry. Persons with different kinds of disabilities can be trained to operate computer. Word, Excel, PPT. Internet can help them to become computer operator and then they can be self employed and even get a job in some office. They can earn a living and become independent.
